200-hours Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training


This Intensive Teacher Training Course is designed to prepare and help you establish a solid practice and dive deeper into this Transformational and Life Changing Practice of Ashtanga Yoga.


An established personal practice is the most significant foundation of your own yoga journey. This is the very source of your inner growth and self-experience on developing your unique personal voice and style as a human being and potentially as a teacher.

100-hours Continuing Education on Ashtanga Yoga


Our yoga journey always goes on and continues, it is a process.
We are never “finished” studying and if you want to study and progress step by step, progressing your practice and teaching hand in hand, held within a beautiful and supportive heart minded peers, this training may be for you!
Embarking on this journey together is the most rewarding and deepening.
We have experienced that we grow and continuously evolve in our own way and our own time.
Pre required to have completed a 200-hours Teacher Training.

This Training will help you continue to learn and grow, physically, mentally and spiritually with the safety within a beautiful group.


This Training program will consist of the topics:

  • How to teach with the Vinyasa Sanskrit Counting of the Primary Series;
  • Continue to build on your asana practice towards full primary and intermediate series, working on deepening backbends, hips openings and arm balances;
  • Continue to deepen your pranayama & concentration/ meditation practice;
  • Continue to learn Teaching Skills by practicing with each other;
  • Continue to practice the Art of Adjustments;
  • Sharing, Reflecting: a safe place where we can tell our stories, ask questions about practice;
  • Intervision: a safe place to share your experiences as a teacher and get feedback from your teacher colleagues;
  • Learn more on topics: More on Ayurveda & Lifestyle, Subtle Anatomy (5 Koshas, Chakras), Chanting Mantras and Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
